Terms & Conditions
1. Blow Dry BarBlow Dry Bar is a 30 minute appointment that consists of a wash and blow dry. It is available with selected stylists the selection of which may change from time to time.
Blow Dry Bar appointments are designed to be booked, attended and purchased on the same day.
Appointments have limited availability and may not be available every day. Call 0844 999 0365 or pop into your local Browns Salon for appointments and availability.
Blow Dry Bar is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Colour Thursdays
50% off colour offer is available every Thursday (except December) in conjunction with the purchase of a full price cut and style in the same appointment.
This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is available with Selected Stylists. The offer is not available in December. Appointments have limited availability and sell quickly, booking early is advised.
3. Recommend a Friend Vouchers
Promotional Discount applied to full price Cut and Style and is available as an introductory offer for a first visit to a Browns Salon. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher should be produced at check in. Only one offer per person is available.
4. Lapsed Client Email
50% discount applied to full price Cut and Style and/or Colour. Not available on any other service or in conjunction with any other offer. Offer valid for 30 days of email date and a copy of the letter should be presented on check-in. The offer is valid for the person named in the letter, proof of identification may be necessary. 2nd appointment discount of 25% available for appointments made on the day of service, for the person named in the letter. 2nd appointment must be within 6 weeks. Only one 2nd appointment discount is available per offer.
5. Lazy Sundays
Offer available on certain published Sundays only. The voucher is required at check in. Voucher is date sensitive and will be strictly adhered to. Lazy Sunday promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Details of the offer will vary from time to time. Appointments are limited so prompt booking is advisable. Only available with certain Stylists. Not available with Childrens prices.
6. Colour Sale
50% off colour sale is available in conjunction with the purchase of a full price cut and style or a full price finish in the same appointment. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is available with selected Stylists. Appointments have limited availability and sell quickly, booking early is advised. Not available with Childrens prices. This exclusive offer is not available after the advertised offer date.
7. New Year Voucher
20% off all full price services from 29th December to 28th February. This offer can only be used within the offer dates published. Please present the completed voucher on check-in. Name, address, email and phone number are required on the voucher. Not available with Childrens prices

8. Rebooking
10% discount Cut and Style appointments booked on the day of a completed service and within 6 weeks. Discount to be used by the client making the appointment. In the event rescheduling should be necessary discount will be honoured for 2 week longer than 6 weeks. Rescheduling without losing the 10% discount is only permitted twice in one year. Not available with Childrens prices.
9. 1st & 2nd time visit.
25% discount for 1st visit is valid for New Clients (If a client has not been to any Browns Salon in the last 12 months they are eligible for this offer). 2nd 25% discount is available for appointments made on the day of the 1st appointment for a Cut and Style within 6 weeks. Not available with Childrens prices. Both discounts are applied only to a Cut and Style. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Please present voucher on Check-in. Use before expiry date.
10. Deposits.
Certain services require a deposit to be made before the appointment can be booked, If these services are not cancelled within 48 hours then the deposit is will be non refundable.
11. Complaints.
We understand that on rare occasions things can go wrong. If you wish to make a complaint email info@browns-hair.co.uk. We do endeavour to respond and work with you to solve the problem within five working days.
